## 1. General Return Right (14 Days – Legal Requirement)
– Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
– No reason is required for return requests.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations and Ministry of Commerce guidelines:
– Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics are NON-returnable.
– Products that come into direct contact with skin are restricted.
– For perfumes specifically, return/exchange may be limited to 24 hours only if unopened, depending on invoice terms. (Ministry Of Commerce And Industry)

## 3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement if:
– Product is damaged during delivery
– Wrong item was delivered
– Product is defective or not as described
